Great vibe and location

Loved the smell and lighting throughout the hotel. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast was great, especially the hal running ot! Dinner was awesome too with a cool bartender. Close to downtown and fair grounds.

The room was beautifully updated and well-maintained, featuring great beds. The staff was extremely friendly and amiable, helping us arrange a shuttle from the airport. The complimentary breakfast offered standard fare.

Big size hotel with a great pool and a decent location in the Cheyenne area. The staff were professional and check-in was fast. They offered light and updated rooms with drinks and microwave, for example. Such a very pleasant stay on our whole vacation.

The hotel is upscale and clean with a beautiful view of downtown. The brand-new rooms have very comfy beds and the staff is extremely friendly on customer service and cleanliness standards. The location is marvelous, close to restaurants, shopping, and downtown attractions.

I didn't like the parking lot or entrance. It had broken concrete that file be fixed. The broken concrete was ugly

Price was way to high, this was a very old hotel. Had the worst pancakes ever for breakfast. Parking lot was in terrible shape.

Newly renovated rooms with showers that are easy to use and a staff that's friendly and on top of things 👍.

The hotel offers great service and good food. They have a shuttle from the airport for a worry-free stay. The location of the hotel is particularly good and easy, facing the rear. It's set in a cute area, which adds to its charm.

Buffett breakfast not included with room left a lot to be desired.

I know the Radisson recently took over this former Holiday Inn. The rooms were good but the outside appearance needs attention.

The room was incredibly comfortable and had marvelous views. the bed was quiet and there were convenient amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee making equipment. the hotel's location in the Cheyenne area was favorable.

First room smelled like an ashtray, so they upgraded us to a nicer room, very comfy! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, hallways and entry was a bit run down.

We ordered from the restaurant, they clearly had no idea what was going on. It took 2 hours to get an adult meal and a kids meal because they brought the wrong kids meal. I got food poisoning about 8 hours later, so I was up from 4am on and that almost ruined my trip there to see Adele.
